Active Development Holiday Course Terms and Conditions
We’ve never cancelled any of our courses, but in unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel a Holiday Course.
It is the parents/guardians responsibility to read through our ‘Thanks for Booking’ email which includes important information regarding times, what your child should bring etc. If you make a booking online and don’t receive such information with your booking confirmation please make contact with us.
It is the responsibility of parents to pay due care and attention when providing information:
To ensure that we have the correct emergency contact and to inform us of any changes so we can update our records
To ensure that coaches are aware of any medical/special requirements
If your child requires medication during their session please make contact with us prior to the course to ensure we are suitably qualified to administer the medication. We may then require a written explanation of when/how the medication should be administered and permission to do so.
If your child is unwell please do not bring them to the holiday course, we will offer you credit for any full days paid for. If your child is taken ill when on the course we will make contact and you will be asked to collect them.
By signing your child up to our course you are agreeing that you are happy for them to take part in the activities advertised. Please note on a Multi-Sports course we usually deliver one or two sports a day, we can’t cover all the advertised sports each day.
From time-to-time we will take photographs & films for possible inclusion on our website and other marketing materials. Please make the coaches aware if you DO NOT give permission for this.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept child care vouchers at present.
If you wish to cancel a booking you are entitled to a full refund up to 7 days from the date of the booking being made. If you need to cancel a booking for any reason after this date we will honour the days paid for in ‘credit days’, please make contact with us (07766809885 or email@example.com) to make arrangements to redeem your ‘credit days’.
Active Development accept credit/debit card payments via world pay. You may pay by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro,Visa Electron, JCB and American Express.
All transactions will be made in British Pounds Sterling.
By using a credit/debit card to pay for our services you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for any refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your instruction.
We cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to Active Development by internet link or by e-mail. Any such loss shall not be borne, either wholly or in part, by Active Development, and shall be entirely your responsibility.
